Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event marketing or related field
- 4-6 years' work experience in strategic marketing
- Experience with marketing channels
- Event marketing strategy skills recommended
- Ability to learn quickly and apply best practices
- Detail-oriented with ability to analyze results and prioritize work
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Self-motivated and great self-manager
- Strong team player
- Current on market trends and customer needs in line with company mission and brand
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and lead customer and event marketing strategies including awareness, engagement, conversion, retention and loyalty
- Drive customer engagement efforts through implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to execute marketing content across channels
- Analyze marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research to understand community needs and post purchase behaviors
- Ideate and plan events that foster community connections and brand engagement
- Manage customer and event marketing team to oversee strategy execution and promote innovative marketing practices
