- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years combined marketing, advertising, or ecommerce experience
- prior hotel and travel industry experience preferred
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to work within a matrix organization
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMS platforms
- experience with social media management and digital analytics
- project management capabilities

- strong leadership and networking skills

Job Duties
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley
- champion brand positioning and establish messaging strategy
- collaborate with operations to market on-property experiences
- support B2B sales and catering marketing
- conduct market research and competitive analysis
- manage content and digital marketing assets
- develop and execute digital media campaigns
- oversee public relations and social media strategies
- manage agency relationships and align with strategic goals
- optimize campaigns using data and reporting
- manage local partnerships and sponsorships
- prepare and present marketing performance reports
