Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related degree
- Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably in tradeshows
- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
- Flexible work style with ability to work autonomously
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management roles, preferably with tradeshow experience
- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation with focus on ROI-driven KPIs
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills to manage organizational levels through event processes
- Ability to work autonomously on both strategic and tactical tasks
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including some international travel
Job Duties
- Lead the development and execution of external events to expand brand presence and create business opportunities
- Drive and execute internal business-wide events in partnership with Senior Director of Internal Communications
- Steward and train others on Heraeus Medevio brand standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and create customer engagement tools before, during, and after events
- Create and manage vendor relationships for materials, media, and experiential work in the US and abroad
- Maintain project management and vendor management systems for events
- Perform other duties as assigned
