Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years' experience in Business Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficient in process and story mapping and prototyping
  • Demonstrates key competencies including strategic thinking skills nimble learner and strong understanding of Gen AI tools

Job Duties

  • Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders to transform their business through the application of technology
  • Partner cross-departmentally to define business needs and goals to define high level business requirements/user stories
  • Develop relationships at all levels of the organization acting as a trusted partner and liaison between technical and non-technical departments
  • Complete annual pulse surveys to document business challenges and opportunities evaluate and compile data to report to senior leadership trends and insights assisting in identifying strategic projects for the next 18 months
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiencies within the team and improve clarity in project requests
  • Assist and/or lead efforts tied to current state and future state assessments and RFPs being driven by the business to explore and further define their technology approach
  • Perform market analysis in relation to the competitive landscape and how it leverages technology within the different hospitality segments
  • Anticipate future technological needs and business requirements to help drive new technological approaches
