Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration hospitality management or a related field
- 10 plus years of progressive experience in strategic operations project management and executive support
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
- Experience in budget management and process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration hospitality management or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 10 plus years of progressive experience in strategic operations project management and executive support within global hospitality cruise or luxury environments
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives driving strategic plans and managing complex operational workflows
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution across diverse teams and regions
- Exceptional communication stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion professionalism and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 PowerPoint Excel and collaboration platforms eg Teams Notion Asana or equivalent
- Experience in budget management process optimization and executive-level reporting
- Expertise in data analytics and AI management to support strategic decision-making and innovation
Job Duties
- Lead the development implementation and tracking of the Strategic Food and Beverage Plan in partnership with the Global Head of F and B
- Align strategic priorities across Culinary Beverage Training and Guest Experience teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
- Design and manage performance frameworks dashboards and KPIs to measure impact and progress
- Prepare strategic presentations executive briefs and annual business reviews for senior leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and innovation
- Serve as a strategic liaison and operational extension of the Global Head of F and B managing calendar travel and executive engagements
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the F and B office ensuring streamlined communication process discipline and operational efficiency
- Manage cross-functional projects timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with corporate goals
- Lead budget oversight expense tracking and administrative workflows in collaboration with Finance and HR
- Facilitate leadership meetings workshops and offsites to drive alignment and execution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and consistency
- Serve as a cultural connector reinforcing collaboration accountability and excellence across shipboard and corporate F and B teams
- Champion the One Silversea mindset by fostering communication and knowledge-sharing among global stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive clarity and momentum
- Support talent development initiatives by identifying high-potential team members and growth opportunities
