Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations or related role with at least 3 years in managerial position
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, process optimization, and sales analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales operations tools and software
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Manage sales forecasts and track performance against targets
- Align sales plans with production and supply chain requirements
- Improve sales processes and systems for efficiency
- Build and maintain real-time sales dashboards and analytics
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service teams
- Oversee sales incentive programs to drive performance
- Assist in managing sales budget and track related expenses
- Perform other duties as assigned
