Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in utility-scale renewable energy real estate development
- Proven expertise in title review and curative processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years in real estate development for utility-scale solar, wind, or battery storage projects
- Deep knowledge of title review, curative processes, survey analysis, and closing procedures
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex processes under tight timelines
- Highly organized, collaborative, and confident across cross-functional teams including legal, finance, construction, and engineering
- Interested in market trends shaping the renewable energy sector and motivated to be part of it
Job Duties
- Manage real estate deliverables - title, curatives, easements, surveys - from site control to financial close
- Tackle complex curatives and clear title defects across multiple jurisdictions with speed and precision
- Balance competing project deadlines while anticipating and solving potential roadblocks
- Oversee site control agreements, amendments, subdivisions, and lot line adjustments
- Develop and maintain standardized trackers to ensure consistency and accuracy across the portfolio
- Partner closely with surveyors, title companies, legal teams, and regional experts to keep deliverables on time
- Mentor colleagues, answering complex real estate questions, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
