Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or similar education or experience in safety, security, policy development, and event management
- Minimum 8 years experience managing safety and security for large, complex major events, with focus on stadium safety and security operations
- Knowledge of sport event or major event safety and security planning accompanied by best practices
- Knowledge of private vs publicly protected persons and procedures
- Experience in intelligence analysis and conforming security protocols accordingly
- Deep understanding of risk management, crisis response, and emergency preparedness
- Proven track-record in building and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders for high-profile organization
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Experience in the sports industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact with contracted private agencies providing security personnel
- Communicate with Senior Managers to coordinate with state, local, and law enforcement agencies
- Assist in coordinating venue walkthroughs for familiarization
- Manage private security details for high-profile individuals
- Develop comprehensive security parameters for private and liaison officers
- Lead the implementation and execution of close protection security plans
- Brief and train private security and liaison officers
- Oversee daily personnel logistics and coordination of liaison officers and jump team officers
