Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years management experience
- minimum 3 years of experience in operations
- senior culinary management experience
- strong knowledge of Korean cuisine and techniques
- Korean language fluency
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong coaching and employee development skills
- passion for food and innovation

- senior culinary management experience, preferably in a Korean restaurant or high-end hospitality setting
- strong background in Korean cuisine, including traditional and modern techniques
- Korean language fluency

Job Duties
- be responsible for the culinary program within this premium luxury lounge
- actively work in-service supporting the culinary team in prep, production and menu execution with emphasis on the first-class menu
- creation, implementation and daily execution of all à la carte, buffet and noodle station menus (seasonal)
- work with procurement to complete costing and order guide creation
- innovate moments of surprise and delight by adding featured culinary menu items for special occasions
- write BOH schedules and ensure weekly performance to ensure budget compliance
- interview, hire and train all BOH new hires
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality/presentation are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety, standard compliance
- have a working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
