Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics management
- Ability to work Sunday through Wednesday from 4 pm to 2:30 am
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in budget management and P&L accountability
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years managing warehousing or distribution operations
- Proven leadership skills managing large teams including direct and indirect reports
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evening shifts
Job Duties
- Plans, schedules, and manages daily work activities to meet or exceed KPIs
- Oversees shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and value-added services activities
- Manages rapid carton throughput including import deconsolidation and domestic consolidation
- Coordinates store delivery activities such as unloading, sorting, segregating, palletizing, and load out
- Utilizes continuous improvement methods to enhance productivity and accuracy while maintaining safety
- Conducts mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and interviews
- Ensures compliance with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
