Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant workforce management or operations strategy experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in distributed operations
  • Strong expertise in workforce forecasting, scheduling and related systems
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 25% travel
  • Adaptability to rapid changes and innovation in workforce planning
  • Knowledge or experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement
  • Commitment to core company values and safe practices

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Workforce Management, Operations Strategy, or Labor Planning in large multi-unit environments
  • Experience leading workforce management teams and scaling processes
  • Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and WFM systems
  • Strong communication skills with senior leaders and field operators
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to navigate and lead transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or project management methodologies
  • Leadership aligned with values of integrity, safety, empathy, accountability, talent development, collaboration, and innovation

Job Duties

  • Lead TA’s enterprise Workforce Management strategy across retail, restaurants, truck service, and site operations
  • Ensure safety is embedded in all labor planning and system optimization decisions
  • Improve forecasting accuracy, scheduling efficiency, and labor utilization through workforce planning
  • Guide and develop the workforce management team promoting analytics and continuous improvement
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to align labor plans with business objectives and budgets
  • Advance WFM technology and labor models ensuring impactful operational updates
  • Drive large-scale optimization projects aligned with business priorities
  • Use data and trends to strengthen labor deployment and performance
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Champion change management ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes
  • Mentor and develop workforce management team fostering innovation and collaboration
