Job Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant training or operational leadership within a high-growth system
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills focused on performance accountability
- Ability to evaluate performance data to support informed decision-making and improvement initiatives
- Strong planning and prioritization skills balancing strategic work and urgent field needs
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with learning management systems and webinar platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years restaurant management
- 5+ years restaurant training and development background
- 2+ years new restaurant opening experience a plus
- 2+ years project management experience a plus
- Experience working within a franchise organization

Job Duties
- Provide coaching, support, and readiness oversight to Managers of Training & Development to drive consistent performance during openings and workshops
- Maintain visibility into workload balance, travel requirements, and recovery time to support sustained team performance and retention
- Lead internal pre- and post-opening readiness alignment by partnering cross-functionally to identify risks and track completion of commitments
- Monitor new restaurant openings performance and training execution, providing field insight and escalation support
- Support the execution of new restaurant openings as needed to maintain business continuity and training quality
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver field-based workshops to enhance system capability and performance
- Collaborate with Operations, Communications, and Field Training to connect learning solutions with operational priorities
- Monitor and report on training performance outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide oversight and coordination for Certified Training Restaurants program and certifications
- Serve as Training & Development liaison in system and operations alignment initiatives
- Partner with Support Center departments to ensure training aligns with operational processes
