Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- five plus years of sales experience preferably in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focusing on event or ticket sales
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM applications
- strong organizational and project management skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of current sales experience preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue focusing on event or ticket sales
- ability to communicate effectively with new guests, return guests, co-workers and management
- strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM applications
- strong interpersonal and people skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- solid organizational and project management skillsets
- capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure
- excellent pace and energy, self-motivated
- ability to maintain and project professionalism internally and externally at all times
- flexible in approach and adaptable to business and team needs and changes
- excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor and coach sales team admins
- manage sales admin weekly schedule in accordance with approved sales office hours coverage
- conduct and document bi-weekly one-on-ones with sales admins
- contribute to overall venue sales team revenue goals by meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas
- strive to deliver an unparalleled guest experience on the phone, via email and with in-person communication
- participate in management team meetings and venue pre-shifts
- foster client relationships through ongoing communication to ensure repeat business and referrals
- assist DOS with leading daily and weekly sales team meetings
- lead regular event catering and operations meetings with culinary and operations team representatives
- assist DOS with creation and implementation of sales contests to drive revenue and improve behavior
- assist sales account managers and consultants with event-related questions
- manage all assigned leads with urgency and according to lead response standards
- partner with national events team to service all events booked by national events account managers
- create, manage and confirm event bookings using Delphi sales system
- utilize reports and dashboards to ensure sales KPIs are met or exceeded
- foster a fun, competitive and engaged sales culture with DOS
- proactively engage in outbound sales activity and community networking
- participate in bi-weekly one-on-ones with DOS
- embrace and promote Topgolf's vision and mission through core values of fun, one team, excellence, edgy spirit and caring
- perform other duties as assigned
