Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in the CPG industry
- Project management certification(s) required such as PMP or CAPM
- Strong understanding of the stage-gate process and commercialization workflows
- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Food manufacturing or packaging experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Manage timelines from concept to launch, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and key milestones
- Quantify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues to ensure project success
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate effective project meetings
- Drive continuous improvement by refining project execution frameworks and methodologies
- Deliver value through speed-to-market, manufacturing efficiency, and high-quality outcomes
- Manage all project documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures
- Coach, guide, and develop team members to strengthen Palermo’s project management capabilities
- Present project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress and recommendations
