Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field
- minimum of five years experience in airside or airport operations management
- familiarity with federal aviation regulations and safety protocols
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to develop and manage budgets
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance

- experience with emergency response planning and implementation

Job Duties
- oversee the daily operations of airside activities including runways and taxiways
- ensure compliance with federal aviation regulations and safety standards
- manage and lead a team of airside operations personnel
- coordinate with airlines and federal agencies to optimize operational efficiency
- develop and implement emergency response and contingency plans
- prepare and manage budgets related to airside operations
- foster continuous improvement initiatives and upgrade operational technologies
