Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3 years leadership experience
- 3 years experience in inflight training
- Ability to complete Sun Country Airlines initial flight attendant training program and hold an FAA flight attendant certificate
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test

- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in inflight training
- Ability to complete Sun Country Airlines initial flight attendant training program and hold an FAA flight attendant certificate
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Solid knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Part 121 operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Able to speak, read, and understand English
Job Duties
- Responsible for the development and performance of the inflight training team
- Revises and maintains the FAA approved flight attendant training manual
- Ensures flight attendant training programs meet FAA standards and implements necessary revisions
- Maintains and tracks all flight attendant training records according to regulations and company policy
- Oversees, develops, revises and maintains all flight attendant training materials and courseware
- Plans, schedules and coordinates all training events for flight attendants
- Conducts regular instructor audits to ensure compliant and standardized training
