Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years leadership experience
  • 3 years experience in inflight training
  • Ability to complete Sun Country Airlines initial flight attendant training program and hold an FAA flight attendant certificate
  • Must pass a criminal history background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in inflight training
  • Ability to complete Sun Country Airlines initial flight attendant training program and hold an FAA flight attendant certificate
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Solid knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Part 121 operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Able to speak, read, and understand English

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the development and performance of the inflight training team
  • Revises and maintains the FAA approved flight attendant training manual
  • Ensures flight attendant training programs meet FAA standards and implements necessary revisions
  • Maintains and tracks all flight attendant training records according to regulations and company policy
  • Oversees, develops, revises and maintains all flight attendant training materials and courseware
  • Plans, schedules and coordinates all training events for flight attendants
  • Conducts regular instructor audits to ensure compliant and standardized training
