Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience with direct reports
  • Minimum 5 years hotel industry experience including GM, AGM, DOS or Front Office Management roles
  • Familiarity with hospitality or franchise operations
  • Proficient in automated systems and software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • 1-2 years revenue management experience preferred
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in hospitality operations or business management

Job Duties

  • Manage and guide new owners in maximizing their revenue potential by developing and establishing strategies while ensuring the complete and accurate submission of property datapacks
  • Maintain high quality of property information by validating, conducting market research and reviewing property information on existing distribution channels
  • Collaborate with new owners to develop and execute successful strategic goals to maximize their potential utilizing available brand tools and resources
  • Lead successful launches in all distribution channels throughout the onboarding process to enhance revenue potential through eCommerce, Global Sales, and Revenue Management
  • Accomplish objectives set by leaders by ensuring established processes are deployed for measuring success and franchisee satisfaction
  • Mitigate and resolve escalations related to channel visibility with strong communication and understanding of processes
  • Research and assign hotel names for all Wyndham properties in accordance with brand standards and legal requirements
  • Lead special projects or initiatives assigned by Hotel Integration leadership
  • Collaborate with director to establish strategic goals by gathering and evaluating business, financial, and operations information
  • Monitor department tasks, mentor teammates and foster a positive work environment
  • Assist Hotel Integration department heads in planning, forecasting and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies
  • Work closely with Franchise Operations to coordinate reporting and joint initiatives supporting overall organizational goals
