Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required preferably in analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics
  • minimum of 4 years of work experience including financial planning and analysis responsibilities
  • experience managing direct reports preferred
  • outstanding analytical and presentation skills
  • strong communication and collaboration capabilities
  • deep curiosity and passion for financial analysis and value creation
  • completion of case study required for final interview candidates

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related analytical discipline
  • minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • experience managing direct reports preferred
  • outstanding analytical skills with ability to synthesize information and develop insights
  • strong communication skills with experience collaborating across senior leadership
  • passion for understanding and analyzing financial results with focus on shareholder value
  • ability to complete case study for final interview round

Job Duties

  • Support the financial budgeting and planning process for the hospitality portfolio emphasizing value creation and aligning resources with strategic priorities
  • provide performance insights and guidance to drive strategic business initiatives for the hospitality leadership team
  • assess business opportunities and risks with a focus on long-term enterprise value creation
  • synthesize and communicate key financial and business insights to drive decision-making with operational leaders and hospitality executives
  • deliver financial insight and commentary based on comprehensive financial results and broader enterprise impacts
  • actively engage in the FP&A team to drive continuous improvement and foster a results-oriented culture
  • play a critical role in the Finance organization supporting strategic, talent, and process improvement efforts across the company
