Job Requirements

  • University degree or advanced degree in related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with advanced degree or 10 years with bachelor’s degree
  • Must be a U.S. Person including citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee
  • At least 2 years of experience with U.S. global trade regulations such as EAR, ITAR, Customs
  • Experience managing or leading a team or projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time

Job Qualifications

  • University degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience
  • U.S. Person as defined by U.S. government regulations
  • 2+ years experience implementing U.S. global trade regulations including EAR, ITAR, and Customs
  • Experience leading or managing a team of global trade professionals or proven indirect leadership and project management experience
  • Investigative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to all organizational levels preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead direct and develop a team ensuring global trade compliance in Enterprise Operations
  • Serve as Enterprise Operations Global Trade Program Management Lead
  • Manage and guide GT Pillar Leads including Authorizations, Sanctions and Embargoes, Investigations & Disclosures, and PMO
  • Develop verify and report global trade metrics capturing trade activity and risk
  • Deploy and monitor operative global trade requirements within Enterprise Operations Portfolios
  • Manage controls investigate and advise on complex compliance problems
  • Partner and influence key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of programs and requirements
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes for efficiency and productivity
  • Align with the Enterprise Operations Global Trade team for a cohesive organization
