Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field
- 10-15 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
- experience with international freight and customs regulations
- proficiency in Excel and transportation management systems
- experience with routing software or network modeling tools
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage complex global logistics operations
- ability to work in highly regulated environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field
- 10-15 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience with involvement in network design or freight optimization
- experience with international freight, customs, or Incoterms
- proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and transportation management systems
- experience with routing software or network modeling tools
- strong communication and presentation skills
- ability to manage cross-functional teams and logistics network initiatives
- ability to thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments
Job Duties
- Develop and execute global logistics operations
- lead and build teams to drive operations and continuous improvement
- analyze end-to-end logistics performance and cost drivers
- use data and analytics to identify supply chain inefficiencies
- drive cross functional continuous improvement initiatives
- lead network level optimization studies and recommend improvements
- manage vendor and carrier relationships and support RFP processes
