Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related area or 5 years’ experience in project management or event management
- 3 years’ experience in project management, event management or related area
- 2 years’ experience building and leading strategic presentations
- 2 years’ experience leading large projects in matrixed environment
- ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environment
- strong communication skills
- global perspective in event planning

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for enterprise events across international markets
- Design and deliver experiences for both Suppliers and Marketplace Sellers with tailored content and intentional overlap
- Manage cross-functional planning cycles with Walmart International teams
- Own event infrastructure, platform enablement, and stakeholder engagement tools
- Partner with Communications, Merchandising, and regional leads to shape content and ensure brand consistency
- Track performance metrics and feedback to evolve event strategy
- Represent the event team as a strategic partner in internal and external collaborations
