Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, event management or related area
- or 5 years' experience in project management, event management or related field
- 2 years' experience building and leading strategic presentations
- 2 years' experience leading large projects in matrixed environments

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for enterprise events across international markets
- design and deliver experiences for both Suppliers and Marketplace Sellers with tailored content and intentional overlap
- manage cross-functional planning cycles with Walmart International teams
- own event infrastructure, platform enablement, and stakeholder engagement tools to drive matchmaking, onboarding, and growth readiness
- partner with Comms, Merchandising, and regional leads to shape content and ensure brand consistency
- track performance metrics and feedback to evolve event strategies continuously
- represent the event team in strategic internal and external discussions
