Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • preferred minimum 7 years experience in relevant roles
  • proven franchise operations or business consulting experience
  • demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • strong data analysis capabilities
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • willingness to travel up to 70%
  • ability to manage budgets and administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED

  • preferred minimum 7 years in multi-unit operations, franchise operations, or business consultant role
  • proven experience in franchise operations or business consulting
  • demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and developing teams
  • strong data analysis skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support regional goals

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Franchise Business Consultants in achieving regional operations and business performance goals
  • set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews for FBCs
  • support professional development of FBCs through training, coaching, and continuous feedback
  • oversee the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes
  • develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth in sales, profitability, and network expansion
  • ensure FBCs utilize data and analytics effectively to support Franchisees
  • track and analyze regional performance data and develop improvement strategies
  • oversee FBC-led support for new store builds and remodels
  • facilitate communication between FBC team, Franchisees, and cross-functional partners
  • collaborate with Field Marketing on operations initiatives and marketing promotions
  • ensure regular evaluations of restaurants are performed
  • develop and monitor improvement plans to maintain brand standards
  • manage team budget and oversee administrative responsibilities
