Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- 8+ years in marketing, project management or brand management
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Proven track record of ownership and self-direction
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for food and culinary experiences
- No outdoor or ski experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or business
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or brand management roles with progressive responsibility
- Proven ability to own complex projects and self-start
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functionally
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for food and unique culinary experiences
- Experience in food and beverage or hospitality industries preferred
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills preferred
- Demonstrated analytical skillset preferred
- Advanced degree such as MBA or Master's in marketing is a plus
Job Duties
- Develop annual F&B marketing strategy in partnership with Senior Director
- Partner with F&B teams to integrate outlet identities into marketing plans and assets
- Own and manage the library for outlet identity assets including guidelines and logos
- Create go-to-market plans and oversee budget allocation to achieve growth objectives
- Lead program execution including planning, briefing, stakeholder coordination, and performance data analysis
- Partner with Resort Marketing on marketing-led F&B event strategies
- Curate and manage content across digital and physical marketing channels including websites, mobile apps, social media, newsletters, and signage
