Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 8+ years in marketing, project management or brand management
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Proven track record of ownership and self-direction
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for food and culinary experiences
  • No outdoor or ski experience necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or business
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or brand management roles with progressive responsibility
  • Proven ability to own complex projects and self-start
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functionally
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for food and unique culinary experiences
  • Experience in food and beverage or hospitality industries preferred
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skillset preferred
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or Master's in marketing is a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop annual F&B marketing strategy in partnership with Senior Director
  • Partner with F&B teams to integrate outlet identities into marketing plans and assets
  • Own and manage the library for outlet identity assets including guidelines and logos
  • Create go-to-market plans and oversee budget allocation to achieve growth objectives
  • Lead program execution including planning, briefing, stakeholder coordination, and performance data analysis
  • Partner with Resort Marketing on marketing-led F&B event strategies
  • Curate and manage content across digital and physical marketing channels including websites, mobile apps, social media, newsletters, and signage
