Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in food and beverage or corporate function
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-changing industry
- Willingness to travel as required for hotel visits and vendor collaborations
- Proficiency with technology for updating standards and supporting implementations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage or related corporate environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to balance technical and strategic responsibilities
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of F&B operational realities and trends
- Familiarity with developing menus, service models, and kitchen equipment advisement
Job Duties
- Evaluate existing F&B standards
- build and refine where needed
- Propose standards and F&B concepts to distinguish brands within the Classics portfolio
- Identify opportunities to improve owner profitability in F&B without compromising guest experience
- Own and refine beverage program across Classics portfolio
- Identify and advise on potential external collaborators or co-branded partners that can enhance F&B offerings and align with brand strategy
- Support quality assurance processes by aligning standards with measurable outcomes and operational best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful execution of F&B concepts
- Update standards in back-end technology and supporting implementation of standards
