Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in entertainment management business administration or related field
- Proven leadership experience managing large diverse teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Tableau and Clarabridge
- Experience in budget management vendor coordination and scheduling
- Minimum 10 years in entertainment or hospitality leadership preferably in cruise or theme park setting
- At least 5 years senior-level experience in shipboard or shoreside entertainment management
- Experience with new builds dry docks or project-based entertainment projects preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with focus on guest engagement

- Adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with strong understanding of guest engagement and brand delivery
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the entertainment team including hiring training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance team skills and career growth
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment encouraging creativity and innovation
- Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure seamless integration of entertainment programs across all ships
- Collaborate with shipboard teams to address operational challenges and optimize performance
- Monitor and evaluate fleet-wide entertainment activities to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and manage the entertainment budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources
