Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support and execute the Global Head of Culture, Experience & Environment’s creative vision by translating hyper-localized cultural research into immersive guest experiences across Lifestyle Properties
- Collaborate with property teams to define and curate venue identities reflecting global brand ethos and unique local character
- Manage day-to-day programming and environment curation, including lighting, sound, scent, and energy flow to evoke emotional resonance and foster social connections
- Develop and maintain partnerships with artists, musicians, DJs, designers, and tastemakers to drive culturally relevant programming and innovative activations
- Implement and uphold experiential standards aligning with environmental and guest interaction frameworks
- Oversee technical coordination of soundscapes, live performances, and resident DJ curation with FOH and technical teams
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to generate content promoting programming highlights and amplifying brand presence
- Guide budgets for experience programming, production, and event activations to ensure financial discipline
- Support new property openings and major activations, delivering high-caliber training and seamless execution
- Spend substantial time on-property engaging with teams and refining experience delivery
- Serve as a cultural ambassador and mentor inspiring programming teams
- Build strong cross-departmental relationships ensuring operational alignment
- Communicate program outcomes clearly to leadership
- Demonstrate agility and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Maintain professional and hospitable interactions
- Partner with Operations to monitor environmental factors supporting venue atmosphere
- Contribute to dynamic programming calendars generating cultural buzz
- Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to improve strategies
- Support strategic planning for scalable experiential vision across portfolio
