- 8-15 years of event operations experience
- Experience in project management
- Proven venue management capabilities
- Ability to manage large event budgets
- Experience with contract negotiation and supplier review
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams
- High sense of urgency and decisiveness

Job Duties
- Lead and execute world-class event experiences for Gartner associates
- Manage the attendee experience, logistics, and financial aspects of events
- Collaborate with global registration, travel, and vendor partners
- Plan and oversee onsite event elements including hotel, transportation, audiovisual, and special experiences
- Lead and train Corporate Events logistics team members
- Manage event budgets up to $15 million and negotiate costs
- Maintain global event standards and implement process improvements
