Job Requirements
- ability to work on-site with clients as requested
- ability to work remotely as needed
- willingness to travel up to 80 percent
- willingness to work non-standard hours as necessary
- accomplished consultants with growth mindset and networking skills
- ideally located in existing Point B markets such as Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, Boston, Portland, or Phoenix
Job Qualifications
- 12 plus years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise application modernization initiatives
- deep hands-on experience with restaurant and hospitality system landscapes including FOH/BOH systems integration and POS platforms such as Toast, Oracle Symphony, Qu, PAR, NCR Aloha
- functional enterprise architecture experience
- formal consulting experience
- strong documentation, analytical, organizational, digital agility, and presentation skills
- experience with enterprise restaurant or hospitality brands
- experience in platform consolidation and workflow optimization with tier-one enterprise solutions including Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and OneStream
- ability to transition between strategic and execution responsibilities
- utility-type players willing to work in emerging market environments
- problem solvers with growth mindset
- B.A. or B.S. degree
Job Duties
- Design and implement holistic transformation strategies across people, process, and technology
- lead and manage teams and client relationships on digital transformation initiatives
- facilitate client working sessions including requirements gathering, writing use cases, user stories, functional design decision workshops, conference room pilots, deployment and adoption planning
- manage engagement budgets
- lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the restaurant and hospitality industries
