Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of multiunit or multisite management experience
- Minimum five years work experience in facilities or food services operations
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and P and L management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with client relationship management and team development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of multiunit or multisite management experience
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and P and L management
- Background or comfort with accounting and financial discussions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client partnerships
- Experience leading large teams, developing leaders, and driving operational consistency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations across four locations
- Lead and support five salaried managers at headquarters and three salaried managers at each additional site
- Ensure consistent operational standards, customer experience, and service excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact at headquarters
- Foster trust, proactively identify opportunities, and collaborate with clients to enhance service delivery
- Partner closely with finance teams to drive performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Utilize strong analytical skills to manage food cost, labor, and overall profitability
- Mentor and develop a large, diverse team across multiple locations
- Promote a positive culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure HR compliance, staffing, training, and performance management
- Visit each Nashville site at least weekly
- Provide administrative oversight, operational guidance, and relationship support
