Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in quality food preparation
- Experience in scratch cooking in a high volume, fine dining setting
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, etc.
- Culinary training certification or degree in culinary preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and manually handle materials up to 50 lbs frequently
- Capacity to perform physical activities such as bending, lifting, and reaching regularly
- Willingness to work in a senior living community environment

Job Duties
- Maintains documentation of all temperature charts and records
- Oversees and directs dining service team members in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Accurately completes all food production records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Prepares food items following proper procedures specified by the Executive Chef
- Supports residents by providing nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to senior dietary needs
- Ensures kitchen complies with health and safety regulations
- Collaborates with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
