Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year experience in assisted living or related field
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • proficiency in basic office and clerical tasks
  • ability to handle interruptions and multitask effectively
  • outgoing and patient personality
  • willingness to work part-time evening and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in assisted living or elder care preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • basic clerical and computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • provide information and referrals to residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a positive, service-oriented manner
  • possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • perform basic clerical duties including typing, filing, and light bookkeeping
  • manage reception area amidst multiple interruptions while maintaining professionalism
  • greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff courteously
  • coordinate communication between residents and staff
  • assist with general administrative tasks as needed
