- Willingness to reside on-site at the community
- ability to relocate as a condition of employment
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent organizational skills

Job Qualifications

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with property management software

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the community
- respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns
- coordinate maintenance and repair services
- enforce community policies and regulations
- oversee leasing and resident move-in/move-out processes
- maintain accurate records and documentation
- conduct regular property inspections
