Job Requirements
- Must be willing to live on-site at the community
- ability to relocate if necessary
- dependable and responsible work ethic
- physical ability to perform inspections and minor maintenance tasks
- availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours
- valid driver’s license
- clean background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in residential community management or hospitality preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
- basic administrative skills
Job Duties
- Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally
- maintain safety and security within the community
- coordinate community events and resident activities
- conduct routine community inspections and maintenance checks
- manage resident communications and conflict resolution
- enforce community policies and standards
- assist with administrative tasks related to community management
