Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven culinary experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Culinary degree or diploma is an asset

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute a variety of high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Lead and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training

  • Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies
