Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to manage budgets effectively
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- proven experience in restaurant or food service leadership roles
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of budgeting and financial management

- ability to develop and execute operational strategies
Job Duties
- Provide positive leadership by setting short and long-term goals, motivate employees, and develop their skills
- manage daily restaurant operations ensuring quality and cleanliness standards
- oversee budgets to maintain financial accountability
- ensure guest satisfaction by promoting and exceeding service expectations
- support restaurant managers to drive sales and maximize profits
- recruit, hire, train, and redirect staff
- maintain open communication and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- promote brand awareness through local store marketing and build relationships with community members
