Job Duties

  • perform open, mid-day, closing duties
  • conduct daily briefings for the team
  • manage repair and maintenance issues
  • oversee restaurant risk review audits and implement changes
  • manage local marketing, sales, and community involvement
  • participate in continued education programs
  • exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • ensure compliance with company policies and laws
  • recommend development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
  • make hiring and termination recommendations
  • cooperate with team member relations and management
  • ensure safety and sanitation
  • monitor food and beverage quality
  • conduct quarterly food reviews
  • prepare and receive food and beverage orders
  • perform weekly inventories
  • monitor and validate daily prep production
  • coach, mentor, and discipline team members
  • facilitate team member recognition
  • train and develop team members for gold standard service
  • manage guest relations and recovery
