Job Duties
- perform open, mid-day, closing duties
- conduct daily briefings for the team
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee restaurant risk review audits and implement changes
- manage local marketing, sales, and community involvement
- participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- recommend development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- cooperate with team member relations and management
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- perform weekly inventories
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train and develop team members for gold standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
