Job Duties

  • Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
  • conduct daily briefings
  • manage repair and maintenance issues
  • oversee restaurant risk review audit process and implement changes
  • manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
  • facilitate and participate in continued education programs
  • exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • ensure compliance with all company policies and laws
  • make recommendations on team member development, promotion, and discipline
  • make hiring and termination recommendations
  • cooperate with Team Member Relations and management in investigating inquiries
  • ensure safety and sanitation
  • monitor food and beverage quality and execution
  • conduct quarterly food reviews
  • prepare and receive food and beverage orders
  • conduct weekly inventories
  • monitor and validate daily prep production
  • coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
  • monitor and facilitate team member recognition
  • train, coach, and develop team members for gold standard guest service
  • manage guest relations and recovery
