Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, and closing duties
- conduct daily team briefings
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee restaurant risk review audits and implement changes
- manage local marketing and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- make recommendations on development, promotions, and disciplinary actions
- recommend hiring and termination to general manager
- cooperate with team member relations and management for investigations
- ensure safety and sanitation in kitchen
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories and assess ordering patterns
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- monitor and facilitate team member recognition
- train, coach, and develop team members to deliver Gold Standard guest service
- manage guest relations and guest recovery
