Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
- conduct daily briefings with team
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit process
- manage local marketing and community involvement
- participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure compliance with company policies and laws
- make recommendations on team member development and disciplinary actions
- assist in hiring and termination decisions
- cooperate with team relations and management on inquiries
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline team members
- recognize team member achievements
- train and develop team members for Gold Standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
