Job Duties

  • Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
  • conduct daily briefings with team
  • manage repair and maintenance issues
  • oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit process
  • manage local marketing and community involvement
  • participate in continued education programs
  • exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • ensure compliance with company policies and laws
  • make recommendations on team member development and disciplinary actions
  • assist in hiring and termination decisions
  • cooperate with team relations and management on inquiries
  • ensure safety and sanitation
  • monitor food and beverage quality
  • conduct quarterly food reviews
  • prepare and receive food and beverage orders
  • conduct weekly inventories
  • validate daily prep production
  • coach, mentor, and discipline team members
  • recognize team member achievements
  • train and develop team members for Gold Standard service
  • manage guest relations and recovery
