- four year college degree or related work experience
- knowledge of human resources law and ability to apply that law
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in ms office including word excel outlook and access

Job Duties
- protects the confidentiality of information in and around the hotel
- proactively recruits by maintaining communication with managers regarding open positions
- works with the admin assistant to ensure those openings are communicated within the hotel and to local organizations
- places advertising in appropriate newspapers and media
- ensures pre-screening is done on applicants and qualified candidates are forwarded to department managers
- conducts weekly orientations with all new hires
- ensures coaching and counseling procedures comply with legal and company policies
