Job Requirements
- Five years of acute healthcare experience as an EVS Tech
- Ability to converse, comprehend, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to work tactfully and effectively with team members, patients, and visitors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of issues and materials designed as such
- Ability to work as needed at both campuses
- Ability to participate in staff development training
- Ability to participate in a quality control program
Job Qualifications
- Five years of acute healthcare experience as an EVS Technician
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Ability to work effectively with team members, patients, and visitors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Availability to work at multiple campuses
- Willingness to participate in staff development training
- Capacity to engage in quality control programs
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms and common areas according to protocols
- Follow strict cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Collect and dispose of waste including biohazardous materials and linens
- Replenish supplies in patient rooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from healthcare staff
- Operate cleaning equipment and specialized tools
