Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
- Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to inspect and maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Experience working in a team environment
Job Duties
- Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area
- Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room
- Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper
- Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets
- Assists all aspects within the housekeeping discipline up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning
- Welcomes and greets guests, anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
