Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management
  • at least 2 years in a senior operational role
  • proficiency with property management systems and hotel operational software
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership abilities
  • problem-solving skills
