Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in staff management for major events
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized and dependable
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically
- Ability to work in hybrid or remote settings with East Coast hours
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to stand or remain stationary for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in staffing management during major events or sports events
- Proven ability to work with staff agencies for hiring local hosts

- Familiarity with staffing regulations and compliance in the US

Job Duties
- Liaise with staffing vendors and suppliers to hire local staff for various hospitality functions including welcome desk, transportation hosts, hospitality spaces hosts
- Oversee staff hiring, interviewing, and scheduling across 10+ cities at a time
- Oversee the relationship with staffing suppliers ensuring contractual obligations are met and service standards maintained
- Understand and ensure compliance with staffing regulations for each US state
- Coordinate accreditation needs and submissions according to FIFA guidelines
- Manage all staffing logistics ensuring staff punctuality, professionalism, and adequate training
- Develop, coordinate, and manage the creation of training materials for staff aligned with program goals
- Collect and manage distribution of staff uniforms
- Ensure all hired staff adhere to dress codes, customer service, and safety protocols
- Review and approve staffing schedules and work assignments
- Monitor staff performance during events ensuring compliance and high guest satisfaction
- Ensure shifts are coordinated and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or shortages
- Support the Hospitality Lead in management, administration, and delivery of staffing
- Provide financial account support including budgeting, contracts, invoicing, tracking, PO creation, and supplier payments
- Collaborate across multiple departments focusing on operations
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure service levels are met
- Work with suppliers to promptly resolve issues maintaining guest experience standards
- Foster positive relationships with vendors and team members through open communication and problem solving
