Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a staffing management role during major events or hospitality programs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
- Highly organized and dependable
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours
- Ability to handle moderate domestic travel including nights and weekends
- Must be able to remain stationary at least 50 percent of the time
- Flexible and can-do attitude
- Experience working with staffing agencies for hiring local staff
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compliance with staffing regulations
- Attention to detail and time management
- Experience with financial tracking and supplier payments
Job Qualifications
- Experience in staff management for major events or sports hospitality programs

Job Duties
- Liaise with staffing vendors and suppliers to hire local staff for various hospitality functions including welcome desk, transportation hosts, hospitality space hosts
- Oversee staff hiring, interviewing, and scheduling across multiple cities simultaneously
- Manage relationships with staffing suppliers ensuring contractual compliance and service quality
- Understand and ensure compliance with staffing regulations across different US states
- Coordinate accreditation needs and submissions in line with FIFA guidelines
- Manage staffing logistics ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and training of staff at all events
- Develop, coordinate, and manage training materials aligned with program goals
- Oversee distribution and maintenance of staff uniforms
- Ensure staff adherence to dress codes, customer service standards, and safety protocols
- Approve staffing schedules and assignments to meet event requirements
- Monitor staff performance to uphold guest experience standards
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and staff shortages proactively
- Support Hospitality Lead in staffing management and program delivery
- Provide financial account support including budgeting, contracts, invoicing, and supplier payments
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to synchronize staffing efforts
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues promptly
- Foster positive vendor and team relationships through effective communication
