Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and hospitality management
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- exceptional attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed

- proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting

Job Duties
- develop and implement innovative event strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and align with company goals and objectives
- plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, corporate meetings, and vip gatherings
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives and identify opportunities to incorporate the latest technology and industry trends
- negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services
- create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management
- coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and event setup and breakdown
- oversee event registration and attendee management, including ticket sales, guest lists, and rsvps
