Job Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or related hospitality field
  • Must have luxury high-rise experience
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team for at least 2 years
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in relevant software and technology
  • CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

  • Strong understanding of financial management principles

  • CAM or IREM certifications highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
  • Offer ongoing coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct performance reviews and regular check-ins with associates
  • Create a positive and supportive work environment
  • Tackle resident concerns swiftly ensuring high satisfaction
  • Partner with Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention
  • Curate and host exclusive resident events and lifestyle programs
  • Manage budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Maximize net operating income while ensuring positive experiences
  • Maintain precise financial records and uphold accounting standards
  • Analyze financial data and make recommendations to boost performance
