Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of five to seven years progressive experience in Housekeeping and Environmental Services management in a corporate or large multi-hospital environment
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
- Ability to analyze complex technical, operational and administrative problems
- Ability to develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing relevant data
- Excellent leadership, organizational, planning, delegation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and provide follow-up
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach as necessary for duties
- Knowledge of JCAHO and regulatory compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of five to seven years progressive experience in Housekeeping and Environmental Services management in a corporate or large multi-hospital environment
- Master's degree in Management preferred
- Knowledge of Joint Commission (JCAHO) and relevant Federal, State, and local regulations related to safety, sanitation, and environmental maintenance
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, planning, delegation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop methodologies for data collection, program auditing, and quality improvement
- Experience fostering diverse teams and a collaborative culture
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and manage change effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day management of the RHM Environmental Services department to ensure service support objectives are met
- Provide operational and technical support to RHM stakeholders, managers, and System Office in managing EVS programs
- Develop, implement, and coordinate standardization of policies and procedures related to EVS expense management and operations
- Ensure departmental operations function in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Inspect environmental cleanliness and customer satisfaction by making daily rounds
- Manage regional financial objectives, prepare and monitor EVS program budgets, and participate in budget reviews
- Lead hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff, including handling disciplinary actions
- Develop and administer program quality evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys, and performance improvement plans
- Participate in committees such as Safety, Green, Disaster Preparedness, Infection Control, and HR advisory
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
- Collaborate with Infection Control and clinical stakeholders to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols
- Foster a safe working environment minimizing workplace injuries and claims
- Demonstrate cost-conscious time management and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Represent Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values in all management practices and interactions
