Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5-7 years’ property management experience in entertainment districts, retail, or office
- Flexible schedule to be available as business requires
- Adept in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting

- Work and communicate effectively with tenants and contracted services personnel

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5-7 years’ property management experience in entertainment districts, retail, or office
- Experience in retail management
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Argus, JDE, or Hubble is a plus
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with tenants and community
- Capable of working with little supervision
- Leadership and team collaboration experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with MS Office and Adobe applications
- Sound judgment and creative problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Actively participate in leadership forum for master plan development focusing on commercial property management
- Support leasing and marketing efforts to grow tenant base
- Maintain NOI accountability and oversee financial reports, budgets, reforecasts, billings, and capital expenditures
- Collect rents, control delinquencies, and manage legal actions for tenant defaults
- Monitor operational expenses to improve service levels, promote sustainability, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with leasing teams and brokers for tenant leases and renewals
- Ensure effective implementation of financial and administrative controls
- Prepare and oversee annual and quarterly budgets and business plans
- Present financial and business plans to executive teams and investors
- Maintain accountability for physical appearance and safety of all assets with regular inspections
- Implement capital projects program including planning and execution
- Manage fire and life safety programs
- Oversee tenant coordination for build outs, capital projects, and property-related work
- Supervise third-party contracts and vendors
- Coordinate with association management and Ward Village Owners Association
- Execute transition plans for commercial assets related to residential development
- Partner with tenants on lease administration and handle tenant relations
- Build positive relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and employees
- Serve on Association Boards as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive retail traffic and sales
- Oversee real property tax processes and appeals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Supervise and train internal and external teams
- Provide feedback to improve team performance
